Joining the company in 2008 as a Business Director, Mat Goff rose to the CEO role in 2016. Join us for a deep dive into the daily life of the CEO of one of the most successful agencies in the world.
From our conversations the definition of what a CEO is and what a CEO does, differs depending on who you speak to. We'll uncover what being a CEO of a 400+ person agency with £370m+ of billings means.
