The Program

We are providing an opportunity for a select few who want to take their career, exposure and network to another level for their industry. This is a unique opportunity to work with UNIFY Creative to create a new pathway for your future, for the industry’s future and your future career.

This is for people who want real change in their career, to go on a special pathway to achieve higher status in the industry and fast track their careers through coaching and training. This will be run by UNIFY Creative working with our wider team of coaches and mentors.

What’s included?

Career Development Pathway

A pathway based in coaching, training and development to create your own career map, helping you navigate fast to different stages of your career and your knowledge.

1-1 and Group Coaching

This is comprehensive coaching, training and development taking the form of 1-1 and group coaching and training with likeminded people going on a similar journey. This will be on an ongoing basis, taking you through the different stages of your career from where you are now to where you want to be. See below for further information on training.

Network

You will have access to a network of some of the most influential people in the international creative industry and not just advertising, this includes film, TV, architecture, gaming, press, fashion and more.

Platform

Those in the UNIFY Creative Coaching program will receive an elevated platform in the UNIFY Creative community with roles and a status within our events and sessions that position them in a leadership position within the industry and influential peers.
