UNIFY Creative is selecting a small group of professionals who are looking to fast track their career to a Director or C-Suite position but who have either been stuck at glass ceilings, overlooked and not recognised for their skills or in an organisation where the positions simply aren’t available and who need to transition.
This is an opportunity to be trained and developed with the new skills that will be required for the changing face of our industry and our changing economies.

This is a pathway based in coaching, training and development to create your own career map to help you navigate fast to different stages of your career and your knowledge.
Training
Your Career Development Pathway can include the following:
ILM Certification in Coaching & Mentoring, Leadership & Management or Business & Enterprise levels 3-7
NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) Training. Learn advanced communication techniques
Personality Profiling
Learn and develop your leadership style through leadership training
Bridge training to prepare you for Director of C-Suite roles
Coaching
You’ll receive coaching to identify your career goals over the next 15 years and a strategy based on your current network, looking at all the key figures around you now and all the key figures you want around you to get to your career outcomes. We call that asset mapping.
Every month you’ll be clear about where you’re going and what specific moves you need to make
